"asbestos-containing material" means any manufactured article or other material which contains 1% or more asbestos by weight at the time of manufacture, or which contains 1% or more asbestos as determined in the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Manual of Analytical Methods, Method 9002, Issue 2 (microscopy, stereo and polarized light, with dispersion staining) or other method acceptable to the Board; [Amended by B.C.
